If you want your wordpress blog titles, and url file names to be optimized, for the blog entry title that you are writing about, then you will need to do the following.

Under the admin section of your wordpress blog, go to the options tab. From there, you will need to go to a tab called, permalinks.

Now that you are under the permalinks section, to achieve quick word press optimization. You want to select, Custom so you can specify the options.

Here is what I am currently using, /%category%/%postname%.html and I would personally recommend it.

There are more custom tags that you can use, if you wish, for that you should visit the official word press website, for a comprehensive list, http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks
