If you are the typical novice internet marketer, who is desperately seeking to make millions on the internet, you probably find yourself hopping from product to product, trying your best to find something that will finally let you live life the way you want. The problem is, you are not really staying focused in the internet marketing game. Nor are you playing the game right.

These days, it feels like the next get rich quick product is being launched almost daily. And quite frankly it can get over whelming. Especially for the novice internet marketer, and more so if you have joined an expert Internet marketer’s emailing list.

The best way to stay in the internet marketing game, and be successful at it is to focus on one thing. This is especially important, for the novice internet marketer, and even at times for the expert internet marketers. If you start one project, and then dive your way into a totally different project at the same time, chances are you probaby won’t have much success.
Let me try to explain it from a real life perspective.

You are trying to study, but yet you turn on the tv to check if you’re favorite show is on. You receive a text message, and now you find yourself paying more attention to the cell phone, than rather your studies.

You are driving down the highway at 75 miles per hour, and your cell phone rings. You answer it. While you are talking on the cell phone you find yourself having a hard time concentrating on the road, and having a hard time understanding the person you are talking to.

Do you see my point so far? I hope you do.

So What do I personally recommend?

I recommend, you take a moment to think about your strengths and weaknesses. In internet marketing, there are so many arenas you can play in, and everyone has an area in which they can excel in the best. Just because John Doe, is making a lot of money with a virtual mall, does not mean you will make money with a virtual mall.

Think about all your options first, before you begin your real first internet marketing push. Also if you are not going to enjoy doing it, then I would highly advise against it. Hating doing something, often produces poor quality work, and other side effects too. Not to mention that poor quality work, to be frank won’t cut it in the highly competitive internet world.

What you need to do is pick an area and work on that area. Start working on one project, and keep pushing that one project. Push it until it is successful. Once you have pushed that project to success, then go to the next project. That is most efficient and most effective way to win the internet marketing game.

The internet is still young, and there is plenty of room for more millionaires, but first you must stay focused in the game, other wise you have already lost half the battle.
